Girls' Night Out Life Drawing & Sip Night

Grab your bestie for a fun evening learning to capture poses, muscles, & motion, with expressive drawing from a live model! Girls' night out just got a lot more interesting! Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly session where you’ll learn to make bold, expressive marks to capture poses, muscles, and movement—all from a live model! No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and creativity. Let’s bring your drawings to life! ✨👩‍🎨🖌️ We meet up for this experience at the Dyeworks Studio - 9 Landsdowne Avenue (part of the Cotton Factory - don't want you to get lost finding us). Taught by Expressive Abstract artist Karen Klucowicz (all of her work is figure-based), you'll be guided through drawing exercises on how to draw the human figure. (By the way this session is for adults only, our models will be nude.) Through a series of short, dynamic poses and a few longer ones, you'll explore the fundamentals of drawing the human figure. You'll learn how to break down the body into shapes, capture movement and proportions, and build on your sketches to create more detailed and expressive full drawings. All materials, instruction and one-on-one guidance (and a little wine) are included — come solo or bring a friend and enjoy a fun-filled evening as you explore your creativity. Note: due to the cost of the model and supplies a minimum group number of 6 is required - so book early so we're sure to have this fun-filled evening! For any questions or additional information, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or via text 647-883-6639.
