Fluffy Golden Retriever puppies, easy beginner yoga, and a cure for the Sunday scaries in Mississauga. Mats provided. The Sunday scaries don't stand a chance against a lap full of Golden Retriever puppies. Welcome to Golden Retriever Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Mississauga. This is an hour of easy, feel-good yoga shared with a small group of fluffy, golden, absolutely-losing-their-minds-with-joy puppies. No experience needed. No agenda. Just you, your mat, and a pile of puppies who have decided you are their favourite person. Golden Retrievers are famously warm, social, and wildly enthusiastic about humans. They will find you. They will climb on you. They will look at you like you hung the moon, and honestly, you might start to believe it. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga in Mississauga does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. The Sunday reset you kept meaning to take actually happens, and you leave feeling like a person again. A note on Golden Retriever puppies Golden Retrievers are one of the most people-oriented breeds out there. They are gentle, curious, and almost aggressively affectionate. These puppies are in their prime chaos era, which means they are enthusiastic, wiggly, and completely convinced that every human in the room needs immediate attention. Expect to be thoroughly investigated, possibly sat on, and definitely charmed. Families and kids This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up ready to let a Golden Retriever completely take over your Sunday morning, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Event Reference: YK-2026-0553
