Test your fitness, pacing, and race strategy before your next HYROX race, or experience the challenge for the first time at Sky Fitness. ALL THE STATIONS. NONE OF THE RUNNING. Take on all 8 HYROX stations at full distance and reps, without the running, at Sky Fitness on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Race solo or with a partner, in Open or Pro. The eight stations • 1,000 m SkiErg • 50 m Sled Push • 50 m Sled Pull • 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps • 1,000 m RowErg • 200 m Farmer's Carry • 100 m Sandbag Lunges • 100 Wall Balls Format • Singles complete the full workload individually. • Doubles split the station workload with their partner. • Open and Pro divisions use their corresponding published standards. • Sky's turf layout requires some distances to be completed as shuttles. • This is a station-only simulation, so your finish time is not an official HYROX race time. Divisions You'll select your exact division during registration. • Singles: Women's Open, Men's Open, Women's Pro, Men's Pro • Doubles: Women's Open, Men's Open, Mixed, Women's Pro, Men's Pro Tickets • Singles: $49 Early Bird / $59 Regular • Doubles team (two athletes): $78 Early Bird / $90 Regular ($39 / $45 per person) Early Bird applies to the first 12 race entries or until Sunday, November 8 at 11:59 PM, whichever comes first. Regular registration begins November 9. Registration closes December 4, subject to availability. One Doubles team counts as one race entry. Your start time The event window is 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and you will not start at 8:00 AM unless that is your assigned time. • You'll receive your assigned start time before the event. • Start times are staggered to prevent station congestion. • Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your assigned start. • Your estimated completion time helps us organize heats. • Start times may change if necessary.
