Soma + Sound

A blend of somatic touch, gentle qigong and soundbath for the ultimate hour of relaxation and regulation. SOMA + SOUND | An Invitation to Slow Down 🤎 Feeling a little disconnected from yourself? Maybe your mind has been running nonstop, your body is holding onto tension, or you’ve simply been moving through your days without much time to pause. This is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Soma + Sound brings together three complementary practices to help you nurture that connection between body and mind. 🌿 Qigong Meditation A gentle practice combining mindful movement, breath, and awareness to help quiet the mind, bring you into the present moment, and cultivate a sense of balance. 🤎 Somatic Touch Gentle, intentional touch that encourages body awareness and invites a greater sense of ease and connection with yourself. Touch is always optional, with your comfort, boundaries, and consent respected throughout the experience. ✨ Sound Bath Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Let the experience invite relaxation, quiet reflection, and a deeper awareness of how you feel. Each practice offers a different way to turn your attention inward, creating space to notice what your body needs and give yourself a little more care. A little preparation for your experience: • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move gently. • Bring a blanket if you’d like an extra layer of warmth and comfort. • If possible, avoid coffee and other stimulants for at least two hours beforehand. We’re so excited to bring this collaboration to life and share this experience with you. Our hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and glad you made the time for yourself. 🤎
