EARLY BIRD TICKET SPECIAL!! Show your support! St. Matt's HAMMER TONE 2026 Fundraiser @ Bridgeworks - 11/26, doors open at 7PM! Join Us for St. Matt's HAMMER TONE 2026 Fundraiser! HammerTone is a love letter to this city’s gritty, gorgeous music scene — hosted with heart and humour and powered by performers who have called Hamilton home, even for a while. Every dollar raised through HammerTone supports the work of St. Matt’s. For more than 50 years, St. Matt’s (formerly St. Matthew’s House) has been part of the fabric of Hamilton’s lower city — showing up for neighbours, responding to changing needs and creating places where people can find practical support, dignity, connection and hope. This one-night benefit brings together some of the city’s most beloved performers for a celebration of Hamilton’s musical soul. Expect a house band, a rotating cast of local artists, laughter, stories and songs that helped shape generations of Hatmiltonians. And there’s a twist: the night’s music will be drawn exclusively from the legendary K-Tel compilation catalogue — those gloriously eclectic collections that put the biggest songs of an era side by side and helped create the soundtrack for a generation. Some of the confirmed artists so far are (in no specific order): Tyler Kyte (Dwayne Gretzky) & Lisa SQ Luke Bentham (Dirty Nil) Danny Miles (July Talk) Brian West (Y108) Chrisy Hurn (Basement Revolver) Jon Harvey (Wild High/Monster Truck) Mark Sasso (Elliott Brood) Chelsea McWilliams & Tim Allard (Red Hill Valleys) Sean Jones Edgar Breau & Bob Bryden Whitness Meredith MacLeod (Hamilton City Magazine) Carrie Clark Lindy Vopnfjord David Premi (DPA Architecture Inc) George Panagapolis (Doctor Tongue) Backing up our guests - The Kay-Tells (Dean Fulton, Ashley Sloggett, Stephen Pitkin, Justine Fischer, Paige Thompson, Matty Simpson, Rachel Jones, Kurt Tweedle) ** More Updates Soon! About St. Matt’s St. Matt’s is a Hamilton-based charitable organization that has been building community and supporting people for more than 50 years. Today, its work includes affordable housing, food security, seniors’ supports, eviction prevention, street outreach, childcare and programs for people experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
