TAMAM: A stand-up comedy fundraiser with Habib Siam and friends (HAMILTON)

Join touring headliner Habib Siam and special guests for an evening of stand-up that doubles as a fundraiser for Lebanon and Palestine. Net proceeds from this fundraiser directly support Jibal, and The Sameer Project, each working to supply aid, food, and essential supplies to displaced families in Lebanon and Gaza. About the show As a comic, Habib has always used his stand-up to help raise awareness about the situation in the Middle East - experiencing war, navigating dissonante realities, and making sense of a world that is increasingly unrecognizable. Conversational and engaging, Habib shares stories about growing up in Lebanon, his family, and unexpected life turns. You will laugh, think, feel, and laugh some more. Tickets $25 - Show ticket Optional Add-ons If you're feeling generous, please select a donation-add on at check out. The majority of funds raised in past events has come from additional donations. We've included extra contribution options of $10, $25, $50, and more. Net proceeds from this fundraiser directly support Jibal, and The Sameer Project, each working to supply aid to displaced families in Lebanon and Gaza. Event Partners Free the Olive Tree is donating a keffiyeh that we will be auctioning off at the show. Voices Can't be Bombed will be selling zines with proceeds going to support the authors - both currently in Gaza. About Habib Born on Christmas day, a stone’s throw from Bethlehem, Habib thought he was the second coming and almost entered priesthood. Several countries and questionable life decisions later, he completed a Ph.D. at McGill University only to start doing stand-up. Habib currently splits his time between Canada and Lebanon, and may (definitely) own more shoes than anyone you know. IG: @hdotsdot
