The Art of Detachment

A workshop for women to explore healthy detachment, set boundaries, manage emotions and protect their peace. What does it mean to practise healthy detachment, and how can it improve our relationships and well-being? Detachment doesn't mean stopping caring or shutting off your emotions. It means learning to stay emotionally present, set healthy boundaries and let go of what you cannot control. In this workshop, participants will explore practical ways to manage difficult emotions, protect their peace and care for others without taking on their stress or problems. Learn how to focus on what is within your control, build healthier relationships and create more space for your own happiness and personal growth. Meet Angela Angela is a trained facilitator with several years experience providing support and group workshops, she has designed and facilitates an ongoing course on mental health skills. Angela's career background is entirely different, as a scientist and consultant in pharmaceutical cost-effectiveness.
