Chef Matthew Foote will host a special demonstration of professional techniques and helpful tips for cooking the perfect Christmas feast, including how to roast the perfect turkey. This relaxed evening includes a full teaching session plus locally sourced beverages, menu samples and grazing from our in-house charcuterie.
