A HANDS-ON butchery workshop with J. Waldron Butchers Included in the ticket price will be the following: - A 3hr, HANDS-ON butchery workshop where you’re the butcher. You'll be doing ALL of the work under our guidance. We will provide lots of information and questions are encouraged! - Approx 5-10 lbs of fresh pork, butchered and wrapped by YOU, to take home.

Please wear closed-toed shoes. Long hair should either be tied back or under a hat. If you have a boning knife you’d like to use, please bring it. We would caution against any chef's knife or other knives you wouldn't want in contact with hard bones. Otherwise knives and aprons will be provided. Finally, we recommend you bring a method of transportation to get your meats home.
