As you settle into each pose, Chantal will move throughout the room offering optional therapeutic massage and nurturing touch. With a background in fitness and wellness, her approach blends therapeutic care with deep relaxation while supporting recovery, body awareness, and nervous-system regulation. She creates a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment, tailoring her touch to each guest’s preferences. Her techniques include myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, Swedish massage, and therapeutic deep-tissue work. Having practised yoga for more than 10 years, Chantal deeply values the connection between movement, breath, touch, and healing.
