Led by Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga, this gentle, all-levels practice combines slow movement, Yin-inspired postures, intentional breathwork, guided meditation, and extended rest. There is nothing to accomplish and nowhere else you need to be. Simply arrive, breathe, and allow yourself to soften. 🧘‍♀️ Gentle Movement & Deep Stretching We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement to release physical tension and help you reconnect with your body. You’ll then settle into supported postures held for longer periods, giving your muscles time to relax and your entire system an opportunity to slow down. 🌬️ Calming Breathwork Through simple, accessible breathing practices, Aleena will guide you toward a slower and steadier rhythm. These techniques are designed to help quiet mental chatter, bring you into the present moment, and support nervous-system regulation. 🌙 Guided Meditation & Extended Rest The practice will finish with a deeply calming guided meditation and an extra-long savasana. This gentle practice is suitable for all levels and every body. You give so much of yourself every day. This is your opportunity to pause, breathe, and let yourself be supported.
