As you move deeper into stillness, Blaire will surround the room with the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and Acutonics tuning forks. With your consent, the tuning forks may be gently placed on specific traditional meridian points, allowing you to experience their vibrations in a deeply personal and grounding way. During the experience, Blaire may gently place vibrating Acutonics tuning forks on specific traditional meridian points—with each participant’s consent—to provide a more focused and deeply grounding sound experience. Her calming soundscapes are designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, release tension, and support profound relaxation. 🍷 Wine & Cider Tasting After Class After the Yin Yoga and sound meditation class, you’ll be invited to stay and enjoy a wine and cider tasting from The View Winery. It’s the perfect way to slowly return from your practice, connect with others, and savour some beautiful local Okanagan flavours. 🍷🍎✨ 🧺 What to Bring Please bring your yoga mat, water, warm layers, a blanket, and a pillow. The barrel room is beautiful and atmospheric, but it can be cool, so please bring everything you need to feel warm and cozy. No previous yoga experience is required.
