Becoming Her Again: FREE Women’s Workshop in Kingston

You take care of the responsibilities. You show up for work, family, relationships, and the people who depend on you. But somewhere along the way, have you lost sight of yourself? Maybe you've put your dreams on hold. Maybe you're feeling stuck and know something needs to change. Maybe you've accomplished a lot, yet you're still wondering, “Is there more for me?” Or perhaps you know God placed gifts, dreams, and purpose inside of you, but life got busy and those parts of you slowly moved to the background. If you recognize yourself in any of these words, this invitation is for you. Becoming Her Again Is Back in Kingston! Following our first Becoming Her Again workshop, we're opening the room again for another group of women in Kingston and the surrounding area. Becoming Her Again is a FREE, in-person, faith-centered personal development workshop where women can step away from the demands of everyday life for a few hours and intentionally focus on themselves. This isn't about becoming somebody else. It's about reconnecting with the woman you may have lost sight of along the way, and discovering who you are becoming in this next season. What Will We Actually Do? This is an interactive experience, not simply a presentation. Through guided reflection, personal exercises, meaningful conversation, and practical activities, you will have an opportunity to: • Identify what's keeping you feeling stuck • Explore how life's experiences and responsibilities may have caused you to lose sight of yourself • Rediscover dreams, strengths, gifts, and passions you've placed on the back burner • Think about who you are beyond the roles and responsibilities you carry • Gain greater clarity about what you want for your next chapter • Leave with practical steps you can begin taking to move forward There will also be opportunities to connect with other women right here in our Kingston community. Who Is This Workshop For? Becoming Her Again may be for you if: • You've been pouring into everyone else and realize you've neglected yourself • You feel stuck and aren't sure what your next step should be • You've gone through changes, disappointments, or transitions that have caused you to lose sight of your dreams • You want to rediscover your confidence, gifts, passions, or sense of purpose • You're ready to make yourself a priority again • You simply know there is more for your life You don't need to have everything figured out. Come as you are. Meet Your Facilitator Lemoy Whilby, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker and Purpose Activation Coach who is passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, rediscover their purpose, and move forward with greater confidence and intention. Event Details There is no cost to attend, but space is limited. Registration is required and spaces will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
