In this hands-on workshop, Chef Mitch will guide you through creating a beautiful holiday charcuterie board and preparing three festive, crowd-pleasing appetizers that are sure to impress at your next holiday gathering. On the Holiday Menu • The Festive Grazing Board — A beautifully arranged selection of artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, preserves, and holiday accompaniments. • Golden Sage & Caramelized Onion Sausage Rolls — Buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around a savoury, herb-infused filling. • Whipped Ricotta Holiday Crostini — Crisp, golden crostini topped with creamy whipped ricotta and a festive seasonal finish. • Festive Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers — Oven-baked jalapeños filled with a rich, creamy cheese filling and finished with a seasonal garnish. We'll begin the evening with a warm bowl of seasonal soup and a little introduction before heading into the kitchen to get cooking! Along the way, you'll learn simple techniques, beautiful presentation ideas, and make-ahead tips to help you entertain with confidence this holiday season.
