Her practice is grounded in nursing, health sciences, yoga and education, however her work in palliative care has allowed her to encompass the spiritual realm. Jen’s work begins when the soul is asking the body and mind for balance, harmony, and authenticity. Jen brings a deeply soul led and trauma informed approach to healing by integrating Western and Eastern healing practices and wisdom. She honours the body as a physical vessel and the soul as a guiding force, supporting patients through their journey by balancing care that is both evidenced informed and energetically attuned.
