Go behind the curtain as art presenters reveal how they build seasons and the decisions that shape what audiences see on stage Join arts programmers from across the region for a candid conversation about how programming decisions are made, from selecting artists and building seasons to navigating negotiations and audience expectations. Panellists will share behind-the-scenes stories, insights, and lessons learned from their experiences working in the performing arts. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with presenters during an interactive Q&A session. Enter through the main entrance off Queen Street North and Ellen Street East, where signage for the event will be available to direct you to the Front Lobby. Free parking is available on-site at Centre In The Square (accessible from Ellen Street), with additional street parking available nearby. GRT access is available via the ION (route 301) or by bus (routes 4, 6, 8, 20, 204).
