Through gentle conversation and sensory exploration, discover simple botanical rituals that can bring more intention and nourishment into your everyday life. Guided Hypnosis with Lacey Allow yourself to be guided into a peaceful state of relaxation through a soothing hypnosis experience focused on rest, self-compassion and replenishing your inner resources. And a Little More to Come... We're thoughtfully weaving together additional moments of care, connection and seasonal nourishment to make this afternoon feel extra special.
