Our Goddess Discussion Circle is rooted in trauma-informed care, meaning you are always invited to participate at your own pace. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to perform, and full respect for personal boundaries. Your presence, exactly as you are, is enough. At the same time, this is not a rigid or structured workshop. It is an organic, free-flowing community gathering where conversation unfolds naturally. We follow the energy of the group, allowing themes, insights, and shared experiences to guide us.
