Join us in person to dive into the amazing world of Dim Sum at our family-style event! This fun event is all about savoring bite-sized delights, sharing laughs, and learning cool food secrets from our students. Bring your appetite and grab some friends for a flavorful experience you won’t forget. Let’s munch on some drool-worthy treats together! Menu for this event includes the following: • Chilled Kelp, Wood Ear Mushroom & Cucumber Salad • Shao mai/Cantonese soy & chili dipping sauce (pork/shrimp) • Char sui buns (Chinese BBQ pork) • Steamed stuffed lotus leaves (chicken/pork/shrimp) • Curried chicken pastries/pickled pineapple & ginger relish • Pot stickers/Vinegar-ginger dipping sauce (pork) Please note: • As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions • For any allergy concerns please contact Chef Dan at [email protected] before purchasing tickets • Menu offerings are subject to change without notice • Beer & Wine will be available for purchase in the dining room • As we have limited time to serve during the allotted class schedule, please arrive on time (6-6:15pm) for your reservation.
