This month, we're switching things up with a unique movement experience led by Cassandra Parker: Animal Flow. Animal Flow is a ground-based movement practice that blends mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through creative bodyweight movements, you'll explore new ways to move, challenge your body, and build greater confidence and control in your practice. Whether it's your first time trying Animal Flow or you're already familiar with it, this class is for everyone. Cassandra will guide us through the experience and support you every step of the way. After class, stay and connect over coffee and beverages as we continue the conversation and build community together.
