Autumn Equinox Ceremony

This Autumn Equinox, Solstice Breathwork and Illuminated Breath come together for a special meditation and breathwork ceremony, an invitation to follow the earth’s movement inward. As the leaves begin to loosen their hold, we’ll explore what we may be holding too, creating space for what has lived its season to soften and begin to fall away. Join us as we honour the balance between light and dark, both within us and upon the earth, together. ✨ What to Expect This is a meditation and breathwork ceremony held within an intentionally facilitated, trauma informed space, rooted in the sacred teachings of the elements and the wisdom of the stars. We’ll begin by arriving in the body as Laurie guides us in cultivating an Inner Resource, followed by a guided somatic meditation rooted in the evidence based practice of iRest Yoga Nidra. You will be supported to drop into your body before we move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a ~50 minute journey carried by music and guidance as we explore where light and dark meet within. We’ll close with time for integration, grounding and gentle reflection in circle. Your inner resource with you now, as you move beyond your mat and back into life. No prior experience is necessary.
