English On November 6, landmarks across Canada will light up in recognition of Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Month. Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is proud to bring communities together across the country to shine a light on Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to show support for the people and families affected by these incurable diseases. This year, the lights also represent hope for a new dawn in IBD care. Through precision medicine, we are working toward a future where treatment can be more personalized, helping people get the right treatment at the right time.
