Wina Wellness Boxing Fall 2026

This is one full 6 week program, not a series of drop-in classes. When you register, you are committing to the full program and your registration secures your space for all six Saturdays. Over the six weeks, we’ll move, learn and build our boxing skills together while creating space for strength, connection, culture, and community. Program Details Saturdays, October 3rd - November 7th, 2026 3:30-5:00pm Nanaimo Boxing Club Maximum 20 participants Come As You Are No boxing experience is needed. Whether you've never put on a pair of gloves before or already have some boxing experience, you are welcome here. Come as you are. Wina Wellness is about creating a space where Indigenous women and girls can show up exactly as they are, feel supported and move, learn and connect together. Your $50 Refundable Deposit Wina Wellness is fully funded and free to participate in. A $50 refundable deposit is required to secure your space and support the commitment of participating in the full six-week program. Attend all six sessions and your full $50 deposit will be returned to you. We also understand that life happens. If you need to miss a session due to illness, family responsibilities or something unexpected, just let us know before class. As long as you communicate with us ahead of time, it won’t impact the return of your deposit. We never want the deposit to be a barrier to participating. If the $50 deposit would prevent you from registering, please reach out to Ivy at [email protected] or message hercon social media for a registration code. No explanation is necessary. With only 20 spaces available, we simply ask that you register with the intention of participating in the full six weeks and staying connected with us if something comes up. Celebrating Your Commitment For each session you attend, $30 will be added toward your lululemon gift card, up to a total of $180 for attending all six sessions. At the end of our six weeks together, we'll gather for a Wina Wellness celebration, where participants will receive their refundable deposits and lululemon gift cards and celebrate the connections and experiences we've shared. We are working toward including a special lululemon shopping experience as part of our celebration again this round. Details are still being confirmed and will be shared with participants once finalized. Please register only if you are intending to commit to the full six-week program. Your registration reserves one of only 20 available spaces for the entire program.
