(Ages 50+) The L.E.G.O. Club - In-Person Support & Wellness Group (Oshawa)

A guided in-person experience to help you feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally supported. In a fast-moving, AI-driven world, it’s easy to feel: • Like you’re operating on autopilot • Disconnected from others • Overwhelmed or emotionally drained Many people try to manage this on their own or turn to online spaces that offer quick interaction but little real support. The support needed to stay connected, emotionally regulated, and grounded is built through consistent, in-person interaction with people who care about growth and connection. Each in-person session includes: • A guided lesson or reflection • Thoughtful group conversation in a safe, supportive space • Simple interactive activities that bring the experience to life • Time to connect with others in a meaningful way You will be gently invited to participate at your own pace. There’s no pressure to share or perform — just a supportive, grounded environment. For more information, visit us at: https://preview.mailerlite.io/preview/1506219/sites/186759045037688691/think-big-life-coach-academy-xirhcc
