December Book Club - Story UnlockedJoin us at our December Book Club in Cobourg for lively book discussions and a chance to unlock new stories with like-minded women! December Cobourg Book Club Meet-Up Calling all book lovers in Cobourg! We're getting our December book club in the calendar a little early, even though we haven't chosen our book just yet! The poll to choose our December read is currently live in the Facebook group until November 4, so make sure to cast your vote! I'll update this event with our winning book once it's been chosen. We're meeting on Monday, December 28, which is the observed Boxing Day holiday this year. I know the holidays can be a busy time for everyone, but this seems to be the best day to squeeze in one last book club before the new year! I also didn't want to schedule it too early in December and leave everyone scrambling to finish the book. Hopefully a few of you will have some downtime between Christmas and New Year's to join us for a cozy evening of books, snacks, and good company! And to get into the festive spirit, feel free to bring a little holiday treat to share! Maybe some Christmas cookies, chocolates, or another festive favourite. Nothing fancy or big, just something small if you feel like it! 🎄 Meet-Up: 7pm Monday, December 28, 2026 Full address and parking details will be sent to your inbox automatically after you purchase a ticket. Ticket sales end 24 hours before the event so I can have accurate numbers ahead of time. Included with your ticket: Light snacks, wine, tea and good conversation. The Cobourg Book Club We typically meet during the 3rd or 4th week of each month at 7pm in Cobourg. The date is announced about a month in advance. Each month we get together to talk about our latest read — favourite characters, plot twists, things we loved, things we did not love, and everything in between. Updates are shared through the Story Unlocked website and newsletter, Instagram (@storyunlocked), and our Facebook group. Eventbrite events (like this one) also have up-to-date date, time and meetup details. If you have any questions, please contact me (Erin) at [email protected]. Once you purchase your ticket, make sure to check your inbox for location and parking details. See you there! Erin
