Join us at our October Book Club in Cobourg for lively book discussions and a chance to unlock new stories with like-minded women! October Cobourg Book Club Meet-Up — Special Author Night! Calling all book lovers in Cobourg! This month is a special one — we’ll be discussing The Woman Before Wallis by Bryn Turnbull, and Bryn will be joining us in person! Meet-Up: 7pm Monday October 19, 2026 Hosted at Debra’s home in Cobourg Full address and parking details will be sent to your inbox automatically after you purchase a ticket. Included with your ticket: Light snacks, wine, tea and good conversation — plus the chance to hang out with the author herself! About This Month’s Meet-Up Along with our usual book club discussion, we’ll have lots of time to chat with Bryn about The Woman Before Wallis and her other books. She’s also happy to talk about what it’s actually like to be a writer, so aspiring writers, this is your chance to ask away! Come prepped with any questions you have about the book, her writing process, publishing, becoming an author, or anything else you’re curious about. Ticket sales end 24 hours before the event so I can have accurate numbers ahead of time. The Cobourg Book Club We typically meet during the 3rd or 4th week of each month at 7pm in Cobourg. Each month we get together to talk about our latest read — favourite characters, plot twists, things we loved, things we did not love, and everything in between. Updates are shared through the Story Unlocked website and newsletter, Instagram (@storyunlocked), and our Facebook group. Eventbrite events (like this one) also have up-to-date date, time and meetup details. If you have any questions, please contact me (Erin) at [email protected]. Once you purchase your ticket, make sure to check your inbox for location and parking details. See you there! Erin
