As summer begins to soften into autumn, we turn our attention to the season of harvest -a time to pause, reflect on what we've grown, and appreciate the people, experiences, lessons, and moments that have brought us here. Harvest & Gratitude is an afternoon designed to slow down, gather together, and make space to acknowledge what is worth celebrating. Gather around our beautifully styled table and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared High Tea featuring handcrafted sweet and savoury offerings, premium loose-leaf teas, a seasonal mocktail, and a relaxed atmosphere created for meaningful conversation, connection, and intentional self-care. Throughout the experience, our featured guest practitioner will invite you to explore the theme of harvest and gratitude through a meaningful wellness experience designed to encourage reflection, presence, and connection. You'll also receive a thoughtfully designed Harvest & Gratitude Ritual Reflection Card, with prompts to help you pause and consider what you've cultivated, what you're grateful for, and what you want to carry with you into the season ahead. The afternoon will offer time to reflect, connect, and simply enjoy being around the table-with a gentle closing experience to leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and grateful.
