Get ready for a fun filled day as we come together in person to support Type 1 Diabetes awareness. It's a great chance to meet new friends, enjoy the outdoors, and make a difference by raising money for finding a cure. Don’t miss out on this awesome community event! Breakthrough T1D Walk & Picnic Join us for an afternoon of connection, community and fun at McKenzie Trails. Kids can participate in a T1D Friendship Bingo activity designed to help them meet other kids living with T1D. Completed bingo cards can be entered for a chance to win prizes! Schedule 11:00 AM: Registration Opens 11:00 AM–1:00 PM: Bring your own Picnic. Outdoor games 1:00 PM – Walk Begins (2 km, 3 km, and 5 km options) Choose the distance that works best for your family, with routes ranging from 2 km to 5 km. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with T1D for years, this event is a chance to build friendships, share experiences, and spend time with others who truly get it.
