Winter Women's Wellness & Fitness Retreat

Shake off the winter blues with yoga, resistance-band fitness, brunch, and a vision board workshop. A casual, in-person wellness and fitness retreat for women in the local community. When: Sunday, January 10, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Where: KV Legion, 8 River Road, Rothesay Take a break from the winter blues with a morning of movement, connection, wellness, and inspiration. Event Schedule • 10:00 AM – Yoga Session: A guided class with mindful movement, stretching, and stress relief. • 11:00 AM – Resistance Band Fitness Class: Learn simple, effective exercises to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. • 12:00 PM – Brunch: Enjoy a warm brunch and connect with other women in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. • 12:45 PM – Vision Board Workshop: Set intentions for the year ahead and create a visual representation of your goals, dreams, and priorities. • 2:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up Registration Includes • Yoga session • Resistance band fitness class • Warm brunch • Vision board materials • Networking and connection opportunities Limited spots available.
