Full description from organizerShow less
A full day for daily AI users ready to move from asking AI to working with it. Twelve seats, your own work, lunch included. You use AI every day. You are good at it. And you have started to notice the ceiling. It forgets everything between conversations. You retype the same context every single time. You can't get it to sound like you without a fight. It only runs when you're in front of the screen. And every useful thing you build dies in a chat window you'll never find again. That's the ceiling of the chat window, and Level 2 is how you get above it. This is a full working day, not a lecture. Twelve seats. Your own laptop, your own pain points, your own real work. You leave having built things that keep running after you go home. What you'll build, on your own work, before you leave • Your context, taken further. Level 1 taught it who you are. Level 2 teaches it how you write and what you're working on, client by client. • A project per client or job, set up so nothing leaks between them. • Skills. Something you do the long way today, taught once, and it runs by itself forever after. Bring your worst repetitive task. • Scheduled tasks that run without you, on a schedule you set. • A full module on data governance and compliance. • A one-page AI use policy you can hand a client tomorrow. What we cover Memory and context, properly. Projects. Skills. Scheduled tasks. Governance and compliance: the security rules, what you can and can't put in, and how to stay defensible when a client asks. Tool agnostic. Bring whatever you use. Every one of these exists in every major tool under a different name, and knowing that is half the value. Who this is for Daily users who have hit the ceiling. Users who want things to run while they sleep, and build custom reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with one prompt. If you already use AI constantly and suspect you're scratching the surface, this is the room. Who this is not for Level 2 assumes you're already comfortable with AI and use it regularly in your work. Before you book, be honest with yourself: • Do you use an AI tool at least a few times a week, for real work? • Do you usually get a useful answer on the first or second try, not generic filler? • Do you understand, roughly, how these tools work, and why they sometimes make things up? • Have you set up any custom instructions or saved context in your tool? If you answered no to two or more, start with Level 1 on October 22. You'll get far more out of this day with that foundation, and Level 1 plus Level 2 together is the Super Seat, at $275 off. Professional development Six and a half hours of instruction, with a certificate of completion. kmay AI training courses are built to count toward continuing professional development for designations such as APEGS and PMI, and may qualify with other professional bodies too. Check your own program's rules; your certificate is the proof of completion you keep for your record.
