Join us for a practical workshop on how technical talent can optimize the job hunt and eventually flip it to easy mode. The talent market is inefficient. Millions of developer hours are spent proving ability through LeetCode, credentials, applications, and interviews instead of creating value. At the same time, talent can exist anywhere while opportunity remains concentrated in relatively few companies, institutions, and networks.
