No awkward introductions. No pressure to impress with your literary hot takes. Just you, your book, and a relaxed ambiance. Books. Booze. Great company. No reading homework. Bring a Book (or Books) you want to ‘swap’ and meet new friends at the same time! Plus... Door Prizes from Vancouver Writers Fest! Bring your current read or that book you keep meaning to start, order a cocktail (or mocktail), and settle into a cozy seat at The Liberty Distillery to get your reading on. Want to chat about your book? Awesome. Prefer to stay in your own reading bubble? That’s totally fine. This is your space to blend sips and stories. This event is strictly 19+. Please arrive on time to take part in the Trivia component.
