French Macarons, Holiday Edition – Chef Sofie - Cooking Class

This hands-on macarons class is an all-time favourite! Learn the tips & techniques for making these beautiful & delicious French cookies. Please read our Class FAQ before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more. SEMI-HANDS ON EVENT. Please bring containers to take your macarons home. Your Chef: Sofie Zambas Students will mix, pipe & fill a variety of Macarons & enjoy a delicious charcuterie plate while Chef Sofie demonstrates the Swiss Meringue Buttercream, other fillings and decoration inspo! We will send you home with a box of macarons to enjoy with family & friends! • Apple cider • Hot chocolate • Gingerbread • Peppermint white chocolate $119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees) Enjoy 10% off the entire store on the day of the event! Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person. We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place. In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund. Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
