Les Clefs d’Or Vancouver morning run, walk, and coffee

For Les Clefs d’Or Pan-American Congress delegates • Hosted by RunGo Start your morning with fresh air, local discoveries, and good company. Join fellow delegates and official event partner RunGo to explore Vancouver on foot, followed by coffee and conversation. Meet at 7:00 am in the main lobby of the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Choose your group: Walk: Enjoy a relaxed stroll through the West End. Run: Join an easy-paced 4–5 km run through Yaletown and along the False Creek waterfront. Each group leader will share favourite local spots and stories along the way. Whether you’re walking or running, the focus is on exploring together and getting to know fellow delegates. We’ll finish together at a favourite local coffee spot near the hotel before heading into the day.
