Push your limits. Join us for The House Games. Five years of HOUSE. One afternoon to find out what this community is made of. The House Games is our signature fitness competition - a timed race through workout stations that will test your endurance, strength, and determination. Designed for athletes of all levels, this event combines runs with functional workout stations built to push you mentally and physically. Work with your coach to select your level: OPEN or PRO. Workout level selected when you arrive for your heat. OPEN Station 1: 2k Run (1.25mi) Station 2: 2000m Ski-Erg/Row Machine Station 3: 200y Sled Push - 70lbs Station 4: 2000m Ski-Erg/Row Machine Station 5: 50 Bench over Burpees Station 6: 75 Reverse Lunges - 2x 15lbs (30lbs) Station 7: 75 Wall Balls - 10lbs PRO Station 1: 2k Run (1.25mi) Station 2: 2000m Ski-Erg/Row Machine Station 3: 200y Sled Push - 100lbs Station 4: 2000m Ski-Erg/Row Machine Station 5: 50 Bench over Burpees Station 6: 75 Reverse Lunges - 2x 25lbs (50lbs) Station 7: 75 Wall Balls - 14lbs *note you have 55 minutes to complete your heat RECOVERY Every athlete receives a complimentary pass to experience Tevah — Vancouver's newest recovery destination. Home to North America's largest sauna, three cold plunge pools, and guided breathwork sessions. Post-Games, Myodetox will be on-site running mini recovery sessions to help you cool down and reset. We will also have an on-site sauna with guided breathwork by Tevah Recovery to close out the day. Gifting by Saje, energy drinks provided by Bloom and sounds by DJ Icy Touch.
