We'll open with a grounding practice to settle into the room, then move into guided visualization to access what's ready to shift beneath the surface... the patterns, fears, or old identities quietly asking to be released. From there, journaling prompts will help you name both what you're letting go of and what you're initiating in its place. We'll close with reflection and an optional sharing circle, holding space for whatever comes up without needing to resolve it into something tidy. This is not a light, surface-level intention-setting session. Expect real depth, real honesty, and a genuine invitation to meet the parts of yourself that are ready for change. Dress comfortably.
