The World Within

An evening to move, breathe, connect & explore within. We spend so much of our lives exploring the world around us. But what if there’s another world waiting to be discovered — the one within us? This October, join us for an immersive evening with yoga, movement, live music, breathwork, meditation and a shared vegetarian meal — each experience offering a different way to slow down, become present, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you. What to expect: Move → Rest → Breathe → Connect → Nourish • MOVE - Flow through yoga and playful, energizing movement. • REST - Unwind with a sound bath experience and live music • BREATHE - Learn a breathing technique and experience the depth of a guided meditation • CONNECT - Share music, conversation and meaningful moments with a welcoming community. • NOURISH - End the evening with a delicious vegetarian meal and time to connect. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
