Tokyo to the Farm - An Izakaya-Inspired Evening at the Farm Fresh off an inspiring trip through Japan, Chef Paul will be bringing home new ideas, favourite ingredients, and a renewed appreciation for Japanese food culture. For one special event, we'll draw inspiration from Japan's lively izakayas, blending bold Japanese flavours and techniques with the finest ingredients from our farm, surrounding forests, and coastal waters. Expect an exciting progression of dishes celebrating seasonal vegetables, pristine seafood, Berkshire pork from Uprooted Farms, and a few treasures brought back from Japan. Sixty percent ingredients. Our public events are a unique experience where you will enjoy a delicious 8-course meal, curated by Top Chef Canada Winner Paul Moran, surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Things to know: • Dinner includes an 8-course experience with organic vegetables from the farm making up 60% of the meal, and the remaining 40% is from surrounding fields, forest and ocean. • A small selection of non-alcoholic beverages are available, and there is a $0 corkage fee should you wish to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy. We do not sell alcohol on site. • Seating is shared along beautiful live-edge wooden tables. • Kindly note this is a scent-free dining environment.
