Each clinic will cover an important pillar of your run training and race day prep. The sessions will be about 45 minutes to one hour and will be led by one of our running obsessed MEC staffers. Clinic Topics: Developed with elite running coaches Carol-Ann and Jeremy Rolle to cover the essentials every runner needs to train for 10ks to ultra distances.
