Harvest: an Equinox Wellness Retreat

Transition from fire to earth, from summer to autumn…under the harvest moon. Join Sarah and Zahura for a nourishing autumn retreat to honor the elements of fire and earth within ourselves and nature. Set on an off-grid farm with 100 acres of forested land and a private lake, the space will be held with welcome and care as we guide you through a day of balanced movement, intentional reflection, and deep rest designed to help you ground, release, and cultivate for the season ahead. What to expect: We will start the day with an all-levels yoga flow with breathwork and guided meditation. This practice will allow us to connect with the fire and earth elements of summer and autumn. We will then flow into guided journaling and a powerful fire ceremony for the important practices of letting go and harvesting. Gathering in the a beautiful greenhouse setting, we will enjoy a nourishing farm-to-table lunch with fresh seasonal food harvested from the land around us. We will serve tea and treats throughout the day. After lunch is free time to explore, play, or rest: • Enjoy hydrotherapy in the wood-fired sauna and wild swimming in a private lake • Relax into slow, mindful, and connected walking on magical forest trails • Curl up in the burrow for a cozy, quiet space to reflect As the day winds down, we return to stillness with a restorative yoga practice with optional mini massages, allowing the body to soften into deep rest, set to the gentle vibrations of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. With hearts open and bodies grounded, we close in circle and reflection.
