Hip-Hop Freestyle: Groove, Bounce & Rocking – 4-Week Program

Rather than focusing on choreography, each class offers practical tools to understand rhythm, develop your own movement, and build confidence through freestyle. We will study the science of groove and the essence of movement while creating a welcoming space to dance, connect, and share. The program is open to all experience levels. No previous dance experience is required. Led by Antoine Hernández, a Chilean dancer, professional climber, routesetter, and movement specialist whose practice connects dance, movement study, and years of physical exploration.
