Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (STCC) Practitioner

A 3 day experiental Systemic Team Coaching program - a deep dive into team coaching to improve productivity and performance. Systemic Team Coaching ® drives powerful change at individual, team and organizational levels. This 3-day experiential program explores how to coach teams to consider both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders and partners, working with the connections within and outside the team. Examining both internal and external aspects of team effectiveness, the program provides a valuable framework for supporting teams to improve their productivity and performance in service of who and what their work serves. Program Structure: Virtual Introductory Webinar- November 6, 9-11 am PDT. In Person Training- 3 day immersive experience November 18-20, 2026, 9 am - 5 pm PDT at Royal Roads University, Victoria BC. Supervision and Mentoring Groups- Following your attendance on the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate program, participants attend 5 virtual Group Supervision and Mentoring sessions from November 2026- May 2027. On completion of Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate and Supervision you will be awarded the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate (Practitioner) which is a requirement for the Systemic Team Coaching ® Diploma (Senior Practitioner). What You Will Learn: The core concepts of Systemic Team Coaching ® This certificate level program introduces you to the key skills involved in the Systemic Team Coaching process. You will gain an understanding of: · The Hawkins’ Five Disciplines model and its application to team coaching. · How to structure team coaching projects using Systemic Team Coaching ® · Coaching for effective team and group functioning through live simulated practice. · The importance of ‘Self as Instrument’– presence, intuition, discernment, sense-making, co-regulation and impact. · How to use and apply the Team Connect 360 diagnostic tool in client work – you will be licensed to use the tool and gain experience in interpreting a TC360 report. Target Audience: This program is suitable for people with experience in facilitation, coaching, and developing teams and team leaders, as well as those who work in organizational learning and leadership contexts. It is also a strong fit for experienced 1:1 coaches who haven’t yet worked with teams and want a clear, practical pathway to become confident systemic team coaches.
