VAGUS VACATION Full Moon Nervous System Reset

In a round skylit Sanctuary, join us for Full Moon Yoga, Vagus Nerve Toning, Ecstatic Dance, and an hourlong Sound-bath with Acupuncture We'll gather in circle, practice an hour of restorative yoga, then some parasympathetic nervous system strategies, a full moon circle, and an ecstatic dance wave ending in an hour-long sound bath with optional acupuncture.... A long exhale together to nourish body and soul.🪷 You can listen on the indoor speaker system or wear our silent disco headsets and control your own volume (with the added option of dancing indoors in the sanctuary & outdoors at Fisherman's Wharf!) Using her collective skills and training, she creates events that foster freedom, magic, joy, healing, & connection, and space for authentic expression through movement. Mary trained as a certified Dance Your Abilities instructor, Dance as Medicine facilitator, and MMTCP-certified mindfulness meditation teacher, studying with Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach. She has a B.A. in Psychology, Kinesiology, & Contemporary Dance and is a lifelong dancer with a background in Cecchetti ballet, contemporary dance, Authentic Movement, ecstatic dance, and 5Rhythms® movement meditation. Mary finds refuge in ecstatic dance, mindfulness meditation, circling with others, and time in the wild. ELYSIA KEEPENCE- is a sound practitioner drawn to the quiet magic of inner transformation. Guided by curiosity and care, she explores how vibration, rhythm, and rest reconnect us to what’s real and felt.
