Race 4 Resilience 2027

5k run/walk event spreading mental health awareness and support by raising money for the Canadian Mental Health Association of Windsor-Essex Race 4 Resilience is a 5k walk / run throughout Malden Park, made to spread mental health awareness and break down stigma as a team. Partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association of Windsor-Essex, participants will have the chance to pair up into teams or race solo and work through different physical and mental obstacles to get to the finish line. R4R is a day for fun with friends and family, made for everyone with the same objective, and that's giving back to the community and most importantly the mental health of our peers, coworkers, bosses, neighbours and ourselves. Now what's a fun without a little competition? • Most charitable team: Event bright has an option to donate to your team name and get others to do the same! • Fastest team: R4R is structured like a cross-country race where the lower you place, the less points you accumulate for your team, the less points the better, like golf! (we will only count the first 5 placements from your team) • Most spirited team: Think outside the box, or inside our t-shirt design tent and at our face painting station! Besides a thrilling race we will also have a treats for your delight. Donations through our websit are highly encouraged, but we've got options! Additionally to our online donations, we will have a donation box at the event for paper and coins! We will also have a pay/sign up on the spot option for $10 cash.
