Stibbard Chiro will lead you through safe, supportive movement to help you reconnect with your body and build strength after baby. Then we’ll move into a Sonata Music Adventures class where you and your baby can sing, move, and play together. Every mama will receive an egg shaker and a theraband to use in class and take home.
