A quiet garden at Impact Hub, in the middle of Lugano. A few small tables, a shared brunch spread built together, bagels, fruit, coffee and tea to start, plus whatever everyone brings, and six to eight chairs around them. What it is A small monthly gathering for women who want to talk honestly about what's happening in their bodies, hormones, perimenopause, what comes after. Energy, sleep, mood, all of it. In a setting made for real conversation, unhurried, informal, and close. Not a workshop. Not a lecture. No slides. Just women, talking. How it works A deck of question cards sits on the table. You pick one, read it aloud, and share if you feel like it. If not, you pass it to someone else. No pressure. What is said in the garden stays in the garden. The question cards come in both Italian and English, pick whichever language feels more like you that morning. Your host Miriam Mettioui is a women's health coach who supports women through hormonal changes, looking at body, mind and everyday life together. She's lived in Ticino long enough to know what it feels like to look for these conversations and not find them, so she made the room herself. Practical Friday 25 September 2026, 10:30–12:30. Free of charge — the only ask is that you bring something to add to the spread. We'll be outside in the garden, a late-summer morning in Lugano, so it should still be a beautiful one.
