Da un'idea di Cecilia Barra (voce) - diploma di coservatorio in canto jazz e master alla Berklee College of Music in Contemporary Performance and Music Production - nasce un programma che unisce le sonorità del cantautorato italiano alle armonie e groove più internazionali. L'alternarsi di Italiano e Inglese, il jazz, il soul e l’R&B che sfumano uno nell’altro, strutture non convenzionali e cambi di scenario improvvisi fanno di questo concerto una perla rarissima, in cui testi e melodie ispirati a Lucio Dalla e Fabrizio De André incontrano il sound più contemporaneo di Hiatus Kaiyote, Jordan Rakei e RAYE. In scena anche Marco Campanale (batteria) e Davide Ballanti (chitarra). Alle porte dell'autunno la musica torna nella sua espressione migliore, plasmata da una nuova generazione di musicisti fantastici. Non mancate, ci vediamo al VCC! From an idea by Cecilia Barra (vocals)—a conservatory graduate in jazz singing and a master's degree in Contemporary Performance and Music Production from Berklee College of Music—is born a program that combines the sounds of Italian singer-songwriters with the most international harmonies and grooves. The alternation of Italian and English, jazz, soul, and R&B blending into one another, unconventional structures, and sudden changes of scenery make this concert a rare gem, where lyrics and melodies inspired by Lucio Dalla and Fabrizio De André meet the more contemporary sound of Hiatus Kaiyote, Jordan Rakei, and RAYE. Also on stage are Marco Campanale (drums) and Davide Ballanti (guitar). As autumn approaches, music returns to its best expression, shaped by a new generation of fantastic musicians.
