The Medellín Run Club x MADRE Run + Sauna Social 🔥

Join us at the Sunday Sauna Social at MADRE (limited tickets, RSVP required) starting from 11am-1pm. 📍 Run Club Meeting Point: Parque Lineal La Frontera (top of the park, up the stairs from the Av Poblado side) Google Maps 🏁 Finish Point: Calle 9, next to Parque Poblado (on the left side), we all get together and start walking to the post run cafe. ☕️ 🥐 Post-Run Brunch: Restaurante Amena — coffee, brunch, and good vibes. We'll then have a group that is signed up for the Sauna Social leave from brunch together to walk to MADRE. Run Club Details Time: Meet at 8 AM, start at 8:30 AM Free to Join: The RunClub itself is completely free Choose Your Pace: 3km or 5km — run, jog, or walk Beginners Welcome: First time? Perfect. Bring Your Pup: Dogs are welcome 🐶 Languages: Spanish + English Come Solo or With Friends: Most people come solo and leave with new connections Sunday Sauna Social at MADRE (afternoon) 🔥 IMPORTANT: If you get a ticket to Sauna Social, run club morning is automatically included, no need to register twice. If you come from the Run Club we will have a group walk from brunch together to MADRE to arrive 10-15 min early. You're turning your Sunday into a social wellness experience! Expect: Sauna Cold plunges Good people Slow conversations Recovery + connection Session will last 2 hours and is completely free-flowing. Just come, relax, recover, and connect with others.
