What to Expect Give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and reconnect. During this immersive sound bath, you'll be gently guided into a space of deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and intentional breath. As you settle in and rest comfortably, the sounds create an opportunity to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release what you're carrying, and make space for restoration, balance, and inner peace. No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. What to Bring To make your experience as comfortable and nourishing as possible, please bring: ✨A yoga mat or comfortable pad to lie on (it is a concrete floor so bring what you need to be comfy) ✨A cozy blanket ✨A pillow for your head or under your knees, if desired ✨An eye mask, optional ✨Water to stay hydrated ✨Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin.
