«Hack Apertus» Student Award

Hoi and welcome to the Hack Apertus Student Award! This event celebrates the students who took their Hack Apertus projects further, turning a hackathon idea into a semester-long piece of academic work. Across the autumn semester, students from our co-hosting universities - HSLU, FHNW, OST and ZHAW - built on Apertus, developed their projects as part of their studies and are now presenting the results. The Student Award brings the strongest of these projects together in one place, with a poster exhibition and an award ceremony. What to expect: a poster exhibition, where students present their projects and discuss them with visitors, academics and industry guests, a pitching competition and award ceremony celebrating the most outstanding projects, and a chance to connect with the wider Swiss AI and academic community.
